FAQ’s

When does the process begin?
Our team of 2 people will arrive on the Friday afternoon before your sale and begin to price & setup items. They will need approx. 2 hours for this process.

What are the hours of the sale?
Our sales run from 7 am – 12 noon on Saturdays. We will have 3 members of our team at the sale for setup, taking transactions, putting up signs and negotiating with customers. We will arrive at 6 am to setup the sale that day.

What happens after the sale?
We will load and haul off any leftover items to Goodwill and receive a donation slip for you. Or we can return items back inside that you don’t want to donate.

What kind of equipment do I need to provide?
Nothing! We will provide all tables, racks, signs, advertisement, pricing tags, change and manpower.

What does the service cost?
There is a flat-rate charge of $195 for the service along with a flat 30% commission on any items sold.

How do you advertise our sale?
Our website will have your listing along with a map to your sale and a short description of any special items you may have for sale.
